Ingredients:
- 1 small packet (160 g) of BUITONI wafers
- 160 g smoked salmon
- 600 g of fine green asparagus
- 50 g tartar sauce
- 1 egg
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200º.
- Wash and dry the asparagus. Cut the stalks a little and leave the size that protrudes on the roll about 2 cm on both sides.
- Cover the wafers with the salmon and put the asparagus on top. Roll up the wafers, brush them with beaten egg and put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
