This salad can serve as an appetizer or as an accompaniment. Personally, I have used it combined with other snacks or small bites, when I have to serve a cocktail or another type of drink.
Let’s remember some of the qualities of avocados, it is a high potency antioxidant, contains a wide variety of nutrients and is proven to help reduce wrinkles, moisturize, exfoliate and cleanse our skin.

Ingredients (serves six):
- 3 avocados or avocados, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
- ¼ cup chopped olives
- ¼ cup chili sauce or ketchup
Preparation:
- Mix the avocado with the shrimp, in another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients that will be your sauce.
- Dress with it and decorate with chopped parsley.
- A good presentation can be to serve inside the avocados that you have dried.
