INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 3 green tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups ground beans
- 2 cups of lettuce, washed, sanitized and chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 200 g grated cheese
- salt to taste, vegetable oil
- 1/2 kg corn dough for tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a frying pan with oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato; when it starts to change color, add the chicken and cilantro, season, stir, remove and set aside.
- Beat the dough with your hands, add a little salt and knead until you get a manageable dough (sprinkle with water if necessary).
- Take portions and form palm-sized tortillas 1 cm thick.
- Cook them over the coals, carefully pinching the edge to form a rim.
- Fry the soups in a little oil, add the beans and remove them before they brown; place them on a plate.
- Top with chicken, cheese, cream, lettuce and sauce.
